Submitting a Service Request

1. Access TeamDynamix Portal

  1. Open your browser and go to the TeamDynamix portal:
    URL: https://byuh.teamdynamixpreview.com

  2. USER:

    • Sign in using your BYUH credentials.
  3. CLIENT:

    • Select the Client Portal option.

2. Navigate to the Service Catalog

  1. Once logged in, select the SERVICES tab located in the menu.

  2. This will bring up the Service Catalog page where you can submit your request.


3. Select the Appropriate Service Request Template

  1. In the Service Catalog, navigate to Accounts & Access > Access.

  2. Based on your specific needs, select one of the following Service Request templates:

    • Service Request - Access to PeopleSoft Student Admin
    • Service Request - Access to both Finance & SA
    • Service Request - Access to PeopleSoft Financials
    • Service Request - Access to PeopleSoft HR/Workday

4. Information Required for Submission

Before submitting your service request, ensure you have the following information prepared:

  • Full Name(s) and CES NetID(s) of the individuals needing access.
  • The 7-digit ID number of those individuals.
  • A brief description of the type of access required. (Be specific to help expedite the approval process.)
  • Navigation details for the required pages in the system (e.g., PeopleSoft, Workday).

5. Submitting the Request

  1. Complete the chosen Service Request template with the necessary information.

  2. After submitting your request, you will receive an email confirmation from TeamDynamix with details regarding your Service Request.


6. Notes

  • PeopleSoft Service Requests:
    As of 2019, all Service Requests are processed through TeamDynamix and no longer submitted directly in PeopleSoft.
